Exploration Tasting Series Part 1: Greek Wines

Last updated 6 years ago

We've been tasting a lot of Greek wines lately, and we think there is a lot to get excited about.  That's why we've decided to make Greece the focus of the first in our series of monthly exploration tastings.  We are going to host a tasting of 10 of our favorite finds, to showcase the quality and distinctiveness of these wines and hopefully help people to explore an area that might not be familiar to everyone.  These wines are delicious, great with food, and unique; they really convey the stories of the places they come from.

Join us on Saturday, September 15th, at our River Street store, from 4-7pm, as we explore the ongoing vinous traditions of a land and culture that played a major role in spreading the practice of making grapes into wine to the rest of the world.  We'll have light snacks to cleanse your palate between samples of 10 really nice Greek wines.  We hope to see you there!
