One thing that can really help to deal with the heat of summer is a nice, light wine from a cool climate. These areas tend to produce wines that won't knock you out on a warm afternoon and possess the structure and balance necessary to pair well with a variety of foods. Come taste for yourself wines from some of the cooler parts of the wine-growing world on either Friday or Saturday, August 17 or 18, between 4 and 8pm at either of our Waltham locations (River St or Lexington St).
